Bristol consulting on new Cumulative Impact Area around City Centre

By October 4, 2020NEWS

The previous 6 Cumulative Impact areas were removed on the 1st August 2020

“In all the flurry of Covid-related legislation the business of local Licensing continues. Bristol is in the process of consulting on a new Cumulative Impact Area around the City Centre.

The south-west City previously had 6 Cumulative Impact Areas; however these were removed at the end of July this year in preparation for the new proposal (see e-news dated 15th July).

As it stands, Bristol has no Cumulative Impact Area anywhere in the City but with the new consultation this is likely to change in the coming months.

The proposed area to be covered can be found here.

The consultation is currently out with a call for comments from all in the industry, which expires on 28th October. Comments can be made via the following link – https://bristol.citizenspace.com/.”
