Following the announcement that the PM and Chancellor will be fined for attending a party during the period when legal restrictions were in place.

Michael Kill CEO NTIA says:
“It’s sickening to think that the very people who placed the country into lockdown and subsequently placed restrictions on the hospitality sector and night time economy continued to take part in a parties behind closed doors.”

“No apology will make up for lives lost, while thousands were unable to engage with loved ones at funerals, and have endured the trauma of not being able to see loved ones in their hour of need.”

“Businesses have been crippled, jobs lost, with many placed under exceptional financial pressure, will today be furious at the truth behind these parties having taken place.”
